Ajaigarh, a hill-fort of India, in the North-West Provinces, 130 miles WSW. of Allahabad. Perched on a steep granite crag, it was captured by the British in 1809. Within its walls are two great masses of ruined Jain temples, covered with the most elaborate sculptures.
