Albuminuria is a name for Bright's disease of the kidneys (see BRIGHT'S DISEASE); but albumen occurs in the Urine (q.v.) of perfectly healthy persons, and varies according to circumstances. (See G. Stewart in Proc. Roy. Soc. Ed. 1887).
