Butterfly Orchis (Oncidium Papilio), an orchid of Trinidad and Venezuela, of which the flowers have an extraordinarily close resemblance to a brown-spotted yellow butterfly. It is a frequent inmate of our hothouses. Phalanopsis amabilis is also sometimes called Indian Butterfly Orchis.
