Bynkershoeck, CORNELIS VAN (1673-1743), a Dutch jurist, who in 1724 became president of the Supreme Court of Holland. He wrote in Latin on Roman law, public law, and Dutch law; his complete works were published at Geneva in 1761, and at London in 1767.
