Casamic'ciola, a favourite watering-place on the island of Ischia, beautifully situated in a valley on the north side of Monte Epomeo, with hot springs (158° F.), baths, hotels, &c. Population, 3963. The season extends from June to September. By the earthquake of 28th July 1883 the place was almost entirely destroyed.
