Dwarka

Dwarka, a maritime town of Guzerat, India, on the west side of the peninsula of Kathiawar, in the dominion of Baroda, 235 miles SW. of Ahmedabad. On an eminence overhanging the seashore stands a great temple of Krishna, visited annually by 10,000 pilgrims. Pop. 5000.
