Forisfamiliation

Forisfamiliation (lit., 'the putting forth from or beyond the family') is the separation of a child from the family of his father, as by marriage, or by receiving from his father a separate stock, the profits of which are enjoyed by himself, or by renouncing Legitim (q.v.).
