Louviers, a town in the French department of Eure, 16 miles S. of Ronen, has a Gothic cathedral of the 13th to the 15th century, and celebrated cloth (since 1681) and ticking manufactures, besides spinning-mills, dye-works, &c. Pop. 9273.
