Neustadt-an-der-Hardt, a town of Rhenish Bavaria, at the foot of the Hardt Mountains, 20 miles W. of Spires. Its church, with several curious monuments, dates from the 14th century. It manufactures paper, cloth, soap, wine, brandy, &c. Pop. (1875) 10,224; (1885) 12,255.
