Oxychlorides

Oxychlorides, chemical compounds containing both chlorine and oxygen in combination with some other element, and intermediate in composition between the oxides on the one hand and the chlorides on the other. Thus, antimonious oxychloride, SbOCl, is intermediate between antimonious oxide, Sb2O3, and antimonious chloride, SbCl3.
