Sudamina, or MILIARY ERUPTION, one of the vesicular diseases of the skin, is associated with profuse sweating, though it occasionally occurs in a dry skin; the second name refers to the size of the vesicles, which do not exceed those of a millet-seed. The vesicles are most abundant on the neck and trunk, and are sometimes attended with itching. They almost always occur in association with febrile disorders, particularly acute Rheumatism (q.v.), which, however, do not seem in any way modified by them. They give rise to little irritation, and are of no particular importance.
