Brass Estuary

Brass Estuary, or BRASS RIVER, one of the deltaic mouths of the Niger (q.v.), east of the Nun mouth, entering the sea about 6° 15' E. long. On it is Brass City, and hence the Brassmen, energetic savages, are named. The country is in the British Niger protectorate.
