Buonocini, or BONONCINI, GIOVANNI MARIA (1640-78), wrote instrumental pieces, songs, and church music. His sons, Marc Antonio (1660-1726) and Giovanni Battista (1672-1750), were known as composers of operas. The latter settled in London in 1720, and for some years was very famous and popular.
