Fonseca

Chambers's Encyclopaedia, Volume 4: Dionysius to Friction, p. 715

Fonseca, ELEONORA PIMENTEL DE, MARCHIONESS, was born in Naples in 1758, and was lady-in-waiting to Queen Caroline until she forfeited her mistress' favour by remarking on her intimacy with Acton (q.v.). In 1798 she was an active partisan of the French; but on the fall of the Parthenopean republic in 1799 she was sent to the gallows at the instigation of the queen.
