Mocha Stones

Chambers's Encyclopaedia, Volume 7: Maltebrun to Pearson, p. 242

Mocha Stones are pieces of agate or of chalcedony, containing dendritic infiltrations, often assuming appearances very like finely ramified conservæ, &c. They were first brought to Europe from Mocha. Of the same nature with Mocha stones are Moss Agates.
